This website is run by the African Initiative for Rural Development and Biodiversity (AIRDAB), Kasese Mbarara Road, P.O. Box 430628, Kasese, Uganda. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about AIRDAB and to contact us. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law, including Uganda's Computer Misuse Act, 2011
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system, or interfere with how it works
• send spam, malicious code, or false or misleading information through our forms
• pretend to be AIRDAB, or to act on its behalf, without our written permission

3. Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. It is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Figures about our work and impact come from AIRDAB's own programme records for the period they describe. Nothing on this website is professional, legal or financial advice.

4. Copyright and use of our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photos, graphics and design of this website belong to AIRDAB or are used with permission, and are protected by the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, 2006 of Uganda and international law.

• You may view, print or share links to our pages for personal and non-commercial use, or to talk about AIRDAB's work, as long as you credit AIRDAB.
• You must not reuse our photos without our written permission, especially photos of people. Many of them show members of the communities we work with.
• The names and logos of our partners belong to their owners. They appear on this website only to show that we work with them, and do not mean the partner endorses anything else on this website.

5. Support and donations

This website does not take payments. The Support Us form only lets you tell us you would like to help, and we will contact you to discuss the next step.

Protect yourself from fraud: AIRDAB will only ask for money through its official channels. Before sending any money to someone who says they represent AIRDAB, please confirm with us using the phone numbers or email address on this website.

6. Messages you send us

When you send us a message, please make sure it is accurate and that you have the right to share any information it contains about other people. We will use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as Google Maps. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.
